About The Job

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team as we take on more ambitious projects and continue to grow our portfolio. As the Lead Generation Specialists on our fast growing team, you’ll work alongside our Executive Team to help source new software development leads on highly visible US projects.

This role is a unique mix of sales and problem solving. It’s a combo of big picture strategy with super detailed thinking. We’ll depend on you to understand our business, develop an outbound sales strategy, and then help execute on that strategy.

This is a full-time, middle to senior-level remote position with a stable salary rate + commission on closed deals.

What You’ll Do

Lead and execute the outbound sales efforts across the agency:

  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects in key verticals/markets
  • Develop creative ways to Identify appropriate buyers and source new business contacts via research
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards for discussion with the Executive team.

What It Will Take

DevOps Engineer

Lead Designer

Seattle, Washington

We’re looking for a Lead Designer to join our Creative team as we take on more ambitious projects and continue to grow our portfolio. As the sole visual designer on our tight-knit team, you’ll work alongside in-house strategists, developers, and project managers, as well as directly with our clients, to deliver world-class websites and digital experiences.

This role is a unique mix of creative direction, design execution, and technical problem solving. It’s a combo of big picture strategy with super detailed thinking. We’ll depend on you to understand what our clients are trying to accomplish (and why), collaborate on beautiful and useful design solutions, and then help make it happen. 

This is a full-time, senior-level position with a max salary of $110,000. We have a hybrid remote/in-office setup out of the Galvanize coworking space in Pioneer Square.

What You’ll Do

Lead the visual identity of Bilberrry’s website design projects across all touchpoints: 

  • Help develop proposals and pitches to land prospective clients looking to uplevel their digital presence
  • Ask clients the right questions to learn what they need and why they need it 
  • Concept and create compelling visual designs and scalable web design systems for a diverse portfolio of projects — from apple growers to telehealth nonprofits to public utility companies
  • Collaborate closely with Content to create thoughtful experiences that capture our clients’ objectives and unify the end-to-end user journey
  • Present our ideas with clarity and conviction
  • Deliver production-ready Figma files to our web development team
  • Continue as thought partners with ongoing clients as they use their new websites

What It Will Take
