We are hiring a Head of Sales and Business Development to join our growing company to help expand our footprint in the market.
Manage all aspects of new strategic account development: prospecting, consultation, building strategic alliances, compelling proposals, relationship management and closing opportunities.
Work closely with client delivery and other key SMEs to create strategic account growth plans and execute against those plans
Network with industry leaders and business partners. Participate in key industry forums and local (territory) networking events.
Utilize various methods to achieve results including: referrals, marketing outreach, partnerships, etc.
Influence client’s selection process and evaluation criteria.
Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities.
Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team and client partner.
Coordinate internal reviews, align cross-functional teams, receive approvals and coordinate sales team support resources; manage solutions/propositions as well as develop client interactions and relevant client demonstrations, etc.
Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain continued support of the Bilberrry value proposition.
5+ years consultative sales experience selling solutions/services in the technology arena to C-level executives within large organizations.
Exceptional strategic selling skills including discovery, ROI development/ presentation, sales cycle maintenance, tactical planning/closing.
