We are hiring a Head of Sales and Business Development to join our growing company to help expand our footprint in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of new strategic account development: prospecting, consultation, building strategic alliances, compelling proposals, relationship management and closing opportunities.
  • Work closely with client delivery and other key SMEs to create strategic account growth plans and execute against those plans
  • Network with industry leaders and business partners. Participate in key industry forums and local (territory) networking events.
  • Utilize various methods to achieve results including: referrals, marketing outreach, partnerships, etc.
  • Influence client’s selection process and evaluation criteria.
  • Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities.

Experience:

  • 5+ years consultative sales experience selling solutions/services in the technology arena to C-level executives within large organizations.
  • Exceptional strategic selling skills including discovery, ROI development/ presentation, sales cycle maintenance, tactical planning/closing.
