Bilberrry Leadership



Adam is a co-founder of Bilberrry and a Seattle native. Adam brings 10 years of experience in building and managing teams, digital strategy, design, marketing and product management. He has overseen and led digital innovation projects for companies such as PepsiCo, Lockheed Martin and OfferUp. Prior to Bilberrry, Adam worked as an IT consultant at both IBM & PwC.



Ross is a co-founder of Bilberrry and a Kyiv native. Ross has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in Software Development, User Experience Design, Product Management and Business Analytics. Ross oversees our team of 20 engineers and has led several large scale development engagements for brands such as Deloitte, Impinj, David's Bridal and Blueprint Registry.

Head of Engineering


Alex has over 12 years experience working as the Head of Engineering at Bilberrry. Outside of managing the operations of all engineering engagements, he specializes in solutions architecture and high load systems with deep expertise in PHP/Python/Golang. On the DevOps side, he is experienced with containerization, cloud computing services and Unix systems in general.

Director, Product & Digital Strategy


Arthur brings a wealth of experience ranging from VC-funded early-stage to hyper-growth global startups, leading teams and initiatives across product, design, operations, and go-to-market. Naturally, Arthur wears many hats at Bilberrry - managing products, UX design, and digital strategies for our clients. Arthur is also our de facto general counsel. Prior to tech, he practiced corporate restructuring law here in Seattle.

Creative Director


Bryan has over 12 years experience in branding and graphic design. He has created bold, effective work for brands like Pepsico, The Ritz-Carlton, Bloomingdale’s, Alaska Airlines, and The World Bank. Prior to joining Bilberrry as a Director, he worked for other elite branding and design studios in Washington, DC and Seattle.

Head of Content


Emma has been coaching teams, consulting businesses, and working in-house to create useful content since 2009. She’s been the lead for copy, messaging strategy, and SEO-driven content programs for Bilberrry clients, as well as brands including Amazon Prime Day,, and zulily. She co-writes The Bent, a weekly newsletter for new and emerging managers.

Director, Engineering


Bohdan has over 9 years of experience working as an architect and team lead at Bilberrry. He is experienced in building complex web applications using microservices architecture. Bohdan strongly embraces flexibility when it comes to technologies in an effort to bring more leeway for innovative practices to the clients we work with.

Director, UX Design


Sasha oversees the Bilberrry UX team and has over 7 years of experience building and managing design teams for large scale web based applications. Sasha is passionate about creating thoughtful user experiences and easy-to use interfaces that help end-users and the clients we work with achieve their goals.

Director, Project Management


Irene is certified SCRUM master and is responsible for overseeing Bilberrry's project management and QA teams across all engagements. She possesses a wide range of managerial and process tools to accommodate both high-load enterprise systems, as well as feather-light POCs and MVPs. Irene has a degree in computer science and has over 15 years of agency experience.

Director, Product Management


Eugene has over 10 years of experience in software development. He has experience building digital products across a wide range of industries such as eCommerce, Finance, Manufacturing, Aviation and Cyber Security. Eugene prides himself on the ability to balance many complex requirements to deliver impactful outcomes for the clients we works with.
