Archpoint Consulting, a strategic management consulting firm, hired us to design and develop the MyOGSM web application. Their objective was to provide their clients with a web based tool that complimented their traditional management consulting services. We launched an initial version of the application in a 3 month time frame and have since released 8 new versions. Today, MyOGSM is the leading OGSM software in the industry and is utilized by Fortune 500 companies to align team members, optimize resources, and enhance strategic execution and accountability within the OGSM framework.
